T4C User Agreement
The Kingdom Connection will not allow you to proceed
unless you agree to the Code of Conduct and to fill out the form
fields correctly
I. Code of Conduct
The Kingdom Connection is a family oriented
server and we strive to make it fun.
- Therefore, we will not allow context or actions of illegal
activity, harassment, profanity, slander, hacking, or continual
begging.
- Offenses may result in termination of your subscription without
refund.
- Minor offenses will have a lighter result deemed by Game Masters
but may include equivalent actions.
- Hacks, cheats, and the abuse of any bugs is highly illegal
and will be punished severely (most cases resulting in instant
lockout.
- Do NOT continually beg GMs or other players for spells, gold,
or items, especially if they have asked you to stop. This is
a form of harassment.
II. Events
- A Game Master may host an event whenever it has been approved
by a Head Game Master.
- An Event is considered to be any entertaining value to a player
that lasts longer than 3 minutes and results in gain of XP, gold,
or (an) Item(s).
- If a player wishes to fund or host an event a Game Master
may chose to help him/her if approved. The help will be gathering
players, making announcements, or assisting in promotion.
- In no way may a Game Master summon or gather items for an
event not hosted by the GM Staff.
- Players are reminded that an Event is not something to ask
for/demand from a Game Master. Events are very hard to coordinate
and event harder to make fair for all participating members.
- Do NOT ask for raids. GMs will not do raids on command as
they are meant to be "surprises" that a GM might treat
the players with when they feel they have the time.
- Robbing and PvP are illegal during any raid or event unless
otherwise specified by a GM.
III. Profanities + Privacy
- This Server is considered to be rated PG to PG-13. We will
not tolerate certain words or references on our server.
- If you want to say such things bring them to pages with someone
who is not offended by them, or in a private chat room which
others will not be offended by.
- Profanity on the Main CC or any other public CCs monitored
by GMs is illegal and will be punished.
- Profanity in overheads is legal as long as it is not done in
a very public place (IE. Inside the temple) where it might bother
the players around you. If you are asked to stop, please do so.
If you do not stop the profanity after being asked to repeatedly
you will get punished. (Removal of overheads and/or anything
else the GM deems necessary.)
IV. Upgrading and Changing Accounts
- All change requests, including upgrades and password changes,
must be made using the current email address on your account
and emailed to: KCNstaff@kingcon.com.
- It is your responsibility to inform us of email address changes
when you make them.
- We cannot upgrade you if you email from the wrong account
period. Naming the old account in the email is not sufficient.
- Please upgrade using the upgrade access option on this site.
This asks for all the information required to upgrade an account.
- An upgrade request made without sufficient information will
not be processed.
- Account information change requests require the current user
name and password, and the name on the account in addition to
what needs changing.
- Please do not call the office for changes unless you can speak
clear, concise english. While we appreciate our foreign customers,
our tech support staff is not trained in other languages and
will not be able to assist them.
V. Account Sharing
- It is your decision whether you want to share your account
with someone or several people.
- However we will not assist in the investigation of deleted
characters, lost items, or changed information if you are an
account sharer.
- We cater to the account thus we are ignorant to the player
on it. If the player on the account asks for a GM needed change
(name change for example) we will give it regardless of knowledge
of who the player is. Instruct those who you might share with
not to do certain things.
- The owner of the account takes full responsibility for the
action of the player that they have shared their account with.
- As a note, please remember to NEVER give out your personal
account information to anybody who may ask, no matter who it
is that they may claim to be. Game masters or Sysops would never
ask you for your account information. If they really need it,
they can obtain it without having to ask the player for it.
VI. PvP
- You may NOT PK the same player more than 8 times in 30 minutes
(outside of the town walls). If you do so, it is considered excessive
PKing and you will be punished.
- If you contact a GM within 30 minutes of an excessive PK occurance
you can charge your attacker with "excessive PKing" and
they are liable to 1-12 hours in Jail if you chose to press charges.
This is especially lucrative for the abused victim for he can
chose to not press charges if the one being brought to charges
wants to buy off the victim to save himself from jail time.
- PvP may be turned off by members only, who are in good standings
and are not known trouble makers. This can be done by sending
an e-mail to pvp@the4th-coming.com
- Turning your PvP off is a permanent decision, you may never,
for any reason, turn it on again.
- Players with PvP off may not steal kills, or taunt other players
with PvP on.
- Players with PvP off may not assist during any type of PvP
confrontation, whether it is to spell up or heal or help one
PvP party against another.
- With the PvP settings, temple guarding will now be up to the
players to handle. This also pertains to pk'ing or robbing directly
outside of temples. It is now up to the players to find ways
to resolve this on their own.

VIII. Stat Changes
Please refer to the link under the section "Games" for
Stat/Skill changes available.
IX. GM Behavior
- Game Masters of The Kingdom Connection are here to help and
improve the game's enjoyability for all.
- They are closely monitored for their actions and at many times
are very busy with player requests. When contacting a GM keep
this in mind. They are not employee's rather ex-players who have
been entrusted with great control over the game to ensure that
you enjoy yourself and treat others fairly.
- A GM should not be constantly paged by a player asking for
something, we consider this GM Harassment. If the Game Master
has not answered you please assume they are busy and contact
them later, a few minutes should do.
- If you believe that you have unjustly been silenced, treated,
punished, or ignored you can contact a HGM requesting further
investigations.
Contacting the T4C Staff
The HGM's of The Kingdom Connection ( Rhianna HGM & Wyatt
HGM) are held to be unbiased. If you ever require to speak to a
HGM privately concerning a fellow player or GM who you believe
to be engaging in unjust or corrupt behavior contact one of the
mentioned HGM's either in game or via e-mail.
All comments, questions, suggestions and requests for this server should
be sent to RhiannaGM@the4th-coming.com or WyattGM@the4th-coming.com
